Looking to convert my lowrance hook2 7x to use for ice fishing. I am trying to figure out exactly what i need to do this. I have contacted lowrance and their response is unclear.
The item # is : 000-15111-001. The transducer that comes in that pack is item #: 000-14889-001, the 2 power cables that it comes with are item #'s : 000-14041-001 & 000-14172-001, and last but not least the xSonic transducer adapter is item #: 000-14069-001
Thats their response. Do i need all those items? Or will an ice transducer and powercord suffice?

It all depends what you want to do, the reason they list the extra stuff is because that kit 000-15111-001 comes with a 9 pin transducer and requires an adapter to connect to the hook2.
if you want the Lowrance ice bag it's- 000-14180-001 - $149
the hook2 power cord - 000-14172-001 - $20
the hook2 ice transducer - 000-14089-001 - $70

Any ideas where i can find that bag for 149$. Ive looked everywhere. So i would need a adapter to connect the ice ducer?
