No torque specs ...keyed chuck ...no battery ...no charger ...would not be my first choice . I still think some fantastic deals can be had on the Milwaukee 2803/2804 set ups ..some with a discount and a free tool or battery and may be hackable via Home depot . Plus they been truly battle tested.
