Should I screw my boots?

I love my ice studs for my boots, bought the smaller one [11mm] at www.maxigripstore.com this year and will never look back.  Should have done that a long time ago.

Holy cow $25 . i got 50 1/2inch sheetmetal hex screws on ebay for $5 shipped.

but anyway it works and doesnt affect the boot  I did this year   but DONT WEAR THEM INSIDE   wife will be pissed

Should have mentioned no driving with those boots on they stick to the gas peddle.

I never wear my boots on the way to the lake. The heater in my pickup kicks BTU, and my feet sweat. Once my socks are damp, I am doomed. I usually drive to the lake in tennis shoes and a hoodie and suit up while the snowmobile warms up.
