Deer wings ???

Now i fancy myself a good cook, but I have to ask...What are deer wings?  I have never heard of them. I did a web search and could not find anything on them.  :wacko:  I'm dying to find out what they are so I can try them

i imagine they are something like buffalo wings, only from deer.

you missed your chance this year for deerwings can only be found on santas reindeer so next year be ready on your roof with the gun and harvest yourself some wings and enjoy  ;)
