Hello again folks! Yesterday, December 18th, I took a look at HOPEWELL and SCOTTS RUN lakes. Of course there was no ice yet but the waters proved to be getting colder than they were last year at this time. Hopewell lake was about 39 degrees and Scotts Run was a chilly 36 degrees. With next weeks cold weather on the horizon, I still have high hopes of an earlier start then usual this season. As usual you can view the whole report on my YouTube channel here:
