Get together around Michaud farms area alagash???

anybody interested in a get together somewhere around michaud farms on the alagash?   lots of state camping places  canoe  or just flyfishings  ( live bait ok there too?)   might make a good weekend up here

Michaud Farm is a ranger station on the allagash river.  Used to be a working farm back in the day and the name stuck.  Headed up this next week!

You guys are Lucky I did the Alagash in 1972 with a group From Bridgton Academy Outing Club North Bridgton ME, an old salt  named Warren Youker "Youk" a great outdoorman ran the joint. He was a vet that fought in the Battle of the ALEUTIANS islands. As a kid that grew up in NYC this was pardise to me, caught ton's of Brookies and I DO REMEMBER THOSE BLACK FLIES!!! I just hope it is as nice, enjoy

Do you have a date set yet? I have some vacation time coming and want to fish that river anyway. Would be nice to meet some of you guys from Maine.

It's a one day trip from Michaud Farm by canoe back into the town of Allagash.
Born and raised as my mother's side of the family are the Allagash McBreairty clan   ;D
