2 seminars in 1, THIS Thursday

Thursday the 26th at 6:30 we will be doing a new series of seminars...

Jigging for panfish
We’ll cover perch, crappie and bluegill Learn the how, where, why and gear for catching your favorite table fare.
As an added bonus, preceding the jigging seminar,  GBOutdoors, a learned Chef, Culinary Instructor and All-around Outdoorsman will be preparing a few panfish recipes that every outdoorsmen should have in thier culinary repertoire!
Topics to be covered:
fish preparation
cooking methods-quick!
pan sear/roast
pan fry/deep fry
Recipes will be provided to take home and there will be TASTING!

once again im missing out on something that i'd love to go to!  any plans for a weekend seminar anytime soon?  i wanted to go to a bunch but i work every week night

Weekends are tough... Now that there is ice, we figured that anyone interested in fishing wouldn't want to waste a morning here talking about it while they could be out on the ice doing it

Blaine, I couldn't make last night- any plans for more seminars this season? Hadn't been ice-fishing since I was a kid, thought I'd get back into it this year, great timing ugh. I have a pretty flexible schedule, if there aren't any other seminars planned, when's a good day or time to drop by the shop when it's slow for some advice? Thanks, Gordon.

Gordon, no more seminars planned for a while... Stop by anytime, I am around Tues-Fri from 11-6 and Sat from 6-1. Mornings are usually pretty quiet these days...
