has anyone used them. i want one but want to see if they work first. im going to lake hayward tommorrow. good luck to whoever else gets out.

I've been using one for years. They are definitely more of a toy than a tool. Lots of fun but they don't necessarily help you find fish. Once you have them located, you can almost always get them to bite
You can also buy a DVR for the Aqua-Vu and record tons of video. I've taken quite a bit over the years, there are some decent clips on my website:

I have one and love it, but I do spend more time watching the cam then I do fishing sometimes. It has given me a few "So thats why we always catch fish here" moments. Its nice to look across the bottom and see all the structure.
