Is there any access to hard water in the state park? or  just the state boat launch?

There is some public access at the end of Lathrop Rd.... Just a short walk (100 yards or so) down a walking path and you are on.

You can also access from Rt.165 if things really get solid. I wouldnt trust that area yet though.
