I was surfin [pun intended] the web looking for extra parts for Big Bertha and when I typed in 1985 Eskimo model 8600 Shark and Low and Behold, there was our Beloved MO Emblem, displayed in all its Glory on the World Wide Web !!

This season all the text will be black, starting next hardwater season , letz say November-the "veterans" will have yellow text and any new recruits will have black text. Also next season any "officials" will carry stars or bars (haven`t decided) on thier emblem.

IT'S HERE, IT'S HERE, IT'S HERE!!!!!!! My wife called to tell me my Z71 arrived today! Problem is I am on the road for work and it is killing me to not be there to hold her tight and give her the proper luvin she deserves. You all know I'm not talking about my wife don't ya...

I can't wait till I get home Friday so I can mix up some gas and let her rip. I am taking a trip to Lake Simcoe Ontario in January so the Z71 will get a good workout this season.

IceinKzoo: I did NOT want you getting upset while on the road, so I took it upon myself to personally drop in and make sure your new'MO is in good working order. It started right up, and boy, did that auger spin!!!! Um, it was NOT my fault the neighbor dog came by with his leash on, it was accidental that it was caught on the flighting and spun ol' Sassy across the street and into that tree. The Fire Depatment is doing an excellent job on getting him down. My pager went off during the fracus, forcing me to leave suddenly. I left your 'MO leaning against the garage. Sorry that your wife seemed so upset, wringing her hands and screaming at me like that. She sure is protective....

Took my Z71 out yesterday and dusted it off, put the bit on it. Today I mixed up the fuel and fired it up. I love the sound and smell a 2 stroke makes in cold weather!

But on a side note, I needed to go buy a new fuel cap. when I took mine off it stuck to the tank and the vent thing pulled out of it so it would no longer vent the tank.

Jopes, if you mean the flat rubber piece with the nipple that sticks up, they fall out all the time...just put it back in with the nipple facing down, the metal vent screw turns down into the hole....
FKK, I'll have to discuss that request with El Surfo.....next thing ya know, everyone will want two or three...

Lets not forget Saturday afternoon....I'm gonna do the Bday post about 3:00 CST.
