Hi All.
I just purchased a 34" rod and would like to get a reel with some reviews/applications. My intentions are to use it when fishing for Lake trout (togue for folks from Maine) and occasionally pike fishing. I have a spool of 30# braided line to put on it... I was considering a baitcasting reel, inline eagle claw, or something else... any info/suggestions would be appreciated.
Just bought a showdown DB and have had a blast playing around with crappie, perch etc... want to try it out on some bigger fish.
