Title: clam speed spoon treble hooks-where?

Hey all:

So I was fishing with my clam speed spoon and the treble hook (with the little float/eye looking thing) came off.  I replaced it with a regular treble hook but didn't catch as many.

Anybody have an idea (preferably a link) where I can get the treble hooks? I checked their website and didn't find any.
