I fish Scott Lake and duck hunt Cedar Bluff, the flats out at Cedar were still open as of last Friday. Scott Lake had about 1" of soft ice as of Saturday, about 90% of the lake was sheeted. Hopefully I can make it over to the lake this afternoon to check out the thickness. With these negative temperatures coming upon us this week, we should start having some hard ice. If anyone is coming through Healy at all, we have a stocked bait machine outside of Sharp's Shooting Supply. Any other ice reports would be gladly appreciated. Stay safe and happy jigging!

Irish Pirate, I've never fished Scott. What do you expect to catch when you fish it?

Saugeye,  walleye,  trout, crappie, perch, bass, wiper, and some catch quite a few cats through the ice as well. For a smaller lake, it is packed full of different species. Didn't have the opportunity to drill a hole today, but hopefully tomarrow I will.
