I bought some Garmin items a few years ago - had no issues back then.

I ve purchased on line from them ,no problems fast  service.
now if want to talk about how usps sent my package to Colorado ,then new jersey.
before getting to me . well thats a different story

That could be entire new topic.  I live in Pa.  According to USPS tracking, Had an order (not from Factory Outlet) come from California, ended in Pa, next it went to Florida, then back to Pa.  It took forever to get.

Good products price and service. However read their return policy closely.  If you need to return you will have to pay the freight and a 15% restocking charge.  I wish I had read that first.
