Title: Turnback Shad | Freedom Tackle
Post by: youngblood on Jan 02, 2021, 12:02 PM
Anyone have any experience using Freedom Tackle Turnback Shad on the ice ? I did a search on here a saw they are a sponsor on here but not much more info than that. I love my Jigging Raps but they are not getting any cheaper and I am sick of the plastic breaking off. The fins on these appear to be cast right in the lure body made of metal. I also like the way the tie point goes threw the body of the bait to the treble hook with the glass bead on it for sound and less line twist. Look like a nice lure. Think I am going to put a order in.

I haven't tried them but think I might after reading your post.  Those tails on the raps are a problem.

Not to take business from a sponsor but look the Clam tikko mino. Made from a zinc alloy with no plastic. Waiting for ice in western Pa. to try them out.
