Swift current saskatchewan ice

Waiting on a call for work this morning got a little curious about the swift current city dam...there's a good 6-8 inches...if I don't get a call gonna head out caught quite a few walleye out of there last year

That sure is a pretty site! I have a feeling we are a ways off from that here in ohio, although I stopped by this small lake I duck hunt and it was locked up solid w a 1/2" of ice at boat ramp. Since all the places I hunt have ice, I'm hoping for the cold to continue so I can walk on water sooner than later
