I ussally just fry them up myself. But ONce in a whyle I bake them with homemade Wild rice stuffing. Just cook the wild rice add cooked celery, carrots, onions, raisons, and whatever else you like in your stuffing. put in in a baking pan wrapped with tin foil and then layer the stuffing and fish. cook at 350 for about a half hour. Taste great.
