There aremany places to get minnows in and around Montreal. 1 is on St Joseph in Lachine I think it is around 9 th avenue the owner's noame is Ron Touaty, next is out of town in Ile Perrot it is called CHez Lauzon , it was on @nd avenue in Ile Perrot but it has since moved. That make 2 places another one is in Ste Eustache on Chemin Oka , I can't recall the name but I know it is there. There is a Sporting Goods store on the same street called Sportivement Votre. Hope I have helped some.
