My youngest has been asking to go ice fishing so I decided today was the day. She said she wanted to catch a largemouth bass so I did my best to get her one. It didn't take long. Got a few pickerel too. She had fun. It was a great day for kids. She had her eye patch on today so she had the pirate look going on

Sorry bud, Mine did not either, I am basically a self taught angler, my old man took me a few times and so did my grandfather i could count on one hand though. Noone ever took me ice fishing, I learned mostly by watching as a kid and bothering the old times on Canobie lake. I try to pass it along to my girls, they seem to enjoy it. Thankfully we got a lot of great guys here to help us along the way.

thanks totally un planned, she has to wear patch 2 hrs every sat and sunday. Her glasses automatically tint too. Kid is styling out there. She doesnt mind the patch surprisingly most kids dont even realize its there ot they think its cool. Hopefully she will be done with it soon.

That's for sure... I rarely wear sunglasses ( they remind me of the safety glasses I am required to wear all week) but had them on Saturday ( the sun glasses).. man was it bright when I removed them!
