Hi everyone. welcome back to the best Icefishing site on the web. as the season progresses, please post your reports on the ice thickness. list the lake and the county it is located in. maybe even the town or city that is nearby. Thanks for your help and just maybe we will see you out on the ice.

3" Beaver Dam Lake, Dodge County
3" in the channels, 1.5 to 2" in marina, Lakeside Park, Fond Du Lac, Fond Du Lac County
3" Skipper Bud's Oshkosh, Winnebago County
1-2" Silver Lake (northern kettle part of the lake), West Bend, Washington County
1" with pockets of Open water Poygan, Winnebago County (should be good to at least walk on by next weekend, maybe even snowmobile/wheeler with the cold coming!)
2" or less Asylum Bay, Lake Winnebago, Winnebago County
Many backwaters on the Wisconsin River have 2 to 4" of ice
3" Beyer's Cove Big Green Lake, Green Lake County, WI

There is a ice reports app for mobile phones, gives actual location reports for MN,WI, & the Dakotas. I downloaded from Google store.

Too bad you can't add the ice conditions outside of your current location. You have to be there. There are many places where you have little to no cell service and that could be a problem.

On another note,

Some guys are also now fishing Monona Bay. Just got some photos from a buddy, but not sure how much ice. They're getting a few gills.
