(OFF TOPIC) Coolest thing I've ever had happen

So I got both of these fish on the same jig in the same caste one on the actual jig one on the Stinger hook I thought I was snagged it was the craziest thing I have ever experienced when I went to net the bigger one I noticed the smaller one and I thought it was just running with it and when I netted it it flopped over the side and I realized I had hooked them both at the same time never in my life have I experienced something like this

Lol never have i even heard of this... I dont understand how... Maybe they both hit the jig at the same time?... I know when i netted it i was shouting " its a miracle its a miracle"lol

Neat observation. In ten years of serious fishing I can count two genuine double-hooked landings. One double perch on a perch rig through the ice. The other time, a 17” eye and a 10” perch on a crawler harness (perch bringing up the rear) while slow trolling during a hot spring bite. Who else has seen this? There have to be a few.

I caught 2 bass on a tiny no.8 tru turn hook.the first bass the line was thru a hole in mouth and was threaded up on the line and the 2nd bass had the hook in its mouth.not sure how that happened but the 2nd bass must of somehow ripped the hook and line thru the other bass mouth.

Ive caught plenty of doubles using crappie rigs sucker fishing..... Thats the only way to sucker fish.... But never 2 fish on one bait

Yo bad you could not have gpt them mounted both on one hook. What do yo think chances are of it happening again

Very cool. I caught 2 small mouth on a jointed stick bait once. One on each hook.

idk i been using stingers for eyes a long time and never see or heard of it

I actually caught 2 smaller pike (18-20") on a perch rig through the ice a couple years ago.  Was a shocker for sure.

Jigged a small perch in open water, and while brining it in a larger perch decided it was hungry and had at the one on my line. It was close enough to the boat that once brought in, both were released to fight another day

I was once icefishing with my son, and checking his tip up.

When I started to pull in the line, I felt a big tug, and so I kept pulling.

Up out of the hole came a 7" perch.  Puzzled that such a small fish could have pulled so hard, I looked more carefully.

The perch had worked its way past the hook and "up" my line.

About a foot behind him, a 24" pickerel was stuck on the hook.

My son and I released both fish unharmed.
