Title: Grasmere Reservoir and Lahontan cutthroat trout

Can Grassmere Reservoir be added to Idaho places to ice fish? This reservoir is in Owyhee county, about 50 miles south of Mountain Home.  Here is a story about the trout there:

Grasmere is part of a group F&G calls the Riddle lakes. Payne and Blue Reservoir also have nice Cutts but access even in summer can be rough.
