I do second that the people I ran into there were all real nice MN folk. Just so many of them....

I'd love to go one year.  WI doesn't have anything like this show.

Skipping it this year as I'm not looking for deals on any major purchases. Always a good time though if you don't mind crowds.

For those going looking for a flasher/auger etc, be sure to shop the main retailers against each another. Historically I think Reeds has offered the best deals though.

For anyone going here's my advice...pay for the early admission!  Does a couple things, guarantees a Clam bucket for the most part, allows you to shop without the crowds.  Last year on Saturday I paid the early bird price, got in, got my bucket, filled it up with all my stuff and was completely done before the big crowd was even allowed in.  Had the rest of the day to have fun with my wife!  Saw all the people I needed to see, actually had time and space to talk to them and met some new friends too. 

Worth it 100% if you have an organized list of what you are there for!

If Milwaukee Tools has a booth their, ask if they might come out with a dedicated drill for ice fishing due to the demand for their Fuel product line. I read a rumor of the possibility on some site around the beginning of November.
