Deer Lake Classic

Anybody fishing the Deer Lake Classic this coming Saturday.   www.deerlakeclasic.com

I fished it last year and got skunked. It was bitter cold.

Not much for fish caught. Lots of small perch. I think only one northern was caught and only a couple sunfish and maybe one crappie.

There wasn't enough fish caught to cover the prizes. They ended up raffling off the remainders.


Hopefully this year will be better. I will be there.

It looks like more of the same this year.  Cold.  I'm still going to give it a try.  Bought an Ice Castle this year but would love to win one!!!
