Kosh has had some skim the past morns, the bays with the slips will lock up and be fishable by tuesday I would say. And kegonsa, i would think a couple weeks. Check out lake-link for updates-

No problem. I think most of the springs are on the east end, where the Rock flows in. And I got a report from a buddy they had 15 flags and iced 4 northerns this weekend in the slips... ill be out there next weekend.

so i went to gander after work today. i wanted to get some tip up signal lights. holy cow are those pricy. cost as much as the ip up itself. $10! a piece. they have the "first ice" gander mountain specials. i was playing with them in the store and the switch broke, in the store. just giving the recomendation, DONT BUY THE CHEAPIES!

yea, out in the south flats of olsons bay. like i said sketchy ice, but not too bad. one was just over 17" and the other just under. i'll catch them again this weekend it think. maybe i'll get the pike i was going for. we'll see. keep me informed of how you do, its always nice to see kosh get some respect.

Yeah, the ice is varying out there. I think by the bays or around the slips, not totally sure. I would say shallow but the whole lake is  ;D but maybe the deeper water by the slips..

I talked to 2 guys at norms. They said it was pretty much 4" of ice no matter where they went. nothing to day. A friend is over by vinne haha catching small eyes. about 3 a day.

south side has a nice open channel where the river runs. Be careful out there.

I say just pick a date and go from there!  I usually have something going on every weekend but should be able to stop out and at least visit.

Does anyone know when/if the Bounty hunt is this year on Koshkonong?  I live in Sparta but I like to come down for that every year.  I grew up on the southwest side of the lake and the bounty hunt is usually a good time.
