Aqua-Vu customer Service

I began experiencing black horizontal lines and then blue screen on my out-of-warranty Micro AV II camera. I called customer service who said they are sending me a replacement camera at no cost. They said it was a faulty diode in the camera. Great service.

There sending me my second replacement ! Great customer service but the last camera only lasted a year.
Poor quality product, too bad
