New Nils/Tanaka owner :)

 Hi

 Just got my first Nils and last weekend had a chance to try him out ,i love it
Question i saw a grease seeping from lower part where shaft spins /it wasn't there before/ .Is that normal ?
At the end off drilling auger starts to "wobble" ,have to use power to try and hold it steady.Is there anything i doing wrong ?
