Thanks for all the nice comments! I have been building shanties for a few years now. The first one took me five years to finish. Now I have more tools and know what I need to make it work. I have been using two at a time that seat four guys ( two each ) Now with this one I will be able to take up to six guys including me. Or I can take my son, wife, and both grandkids along with me. I don't like leaving anyone home that wants to fish.
Here is a picture of the floor before I start building up the second side.

How much does one of those usually weigh?  I am guessing you create some storage compartments under the bench seats for hauling some gear?  You move your lantern during towing.  I am still a little unclear on what's going to happen with what looks to be the seat/bench back right now.  Will it fold down?
You posted a picture of a similar shanty on another thread, and I couldn't figure out how it all folds up.
What do you call this design?  "House of Cards"   ;) Ha!

I understand what you mean about the condensation issues.  Any shelter (tent, shack, etc) needs good ventilation to help prevent this.  Because of this, wood stoves are often the preferred source of heat because they are "dry" heat vs gas heat which produces water as part of the combustion process.  Though, an
externally exhausted gas heater should help alleviate this. I recently looked at a commercially produced aluminum shack that has roof vents (like you see on campers) as well as sliding windows.  Just breathing in side a shack will cause condensation to form on the windows, etc.  That is one of my biggest complaints with my Shappell DX3000--the windows fog up, rain inside. I look forward to seeing your pictures.  I need to see some samples of this 3/4" R-board.

MD

This is the R-board I was talking about

This is the Rboard I had printed with a patern that looks like wood. I will use this for the inside of my shanty. Then I will print photo's or some other artwork on the outside.

I wish I could find the Rboard with out any writing on either side, but I don't think it looks too bad.

Finally back to work, pain and all. The shoulder still is messed up, but I am running out of time to get done in time. I started on the other side.

Funny thing, my shoulder don't hurt so bad this morning.
