Title: need help
Post by: fishtybo on Jan 28, 2011, 11:14 PM
I fish a lot of flat featureless reservoirs here in ohio, stocked with saugeye and walleye. I can catch the perch but can't seem to catch the "eyes". Anyone ever fish these types of waters with any luck. Never had any luck except the occasional 8-9 incher. Could use some help.

Is it shallow? A lake near here you can catch pike and perch in the winter but the walleye are very very few and far between but in the spring/summer/fall you can catch lots.  I think the deepest spot is like fourteen feet. Its like a long shalow bowl.
