Anyone know of ice thickness and bite on Katepwa around Sandy Beach?

We are going to the shack at pasqua launch tomorrow. How has the bite been out there lately just west of the launch?

Pasqua was slow slow slow today.. Lost one really nice pike on the tip ups and one small walleye in the shack. Moving the shack again tomorrow hoping to find more active fish.

The slow January bite is definitely on. Pike are still usually able to be caught.

How is the launch at B-Say-Tah for access with a truck?
Would like to head out there Thursday/Friday. Not sure whether to take the quad or not.

Cheers!

Slow on Pasqua again. Had a couple decent sized pike swimming around the bait all afternoon but would rush in and turn away last second every time and at many different hooks. Gonna move shack tomorrow I think

First time on mission lake this year and the fishing was really slow, not many fish on the flasher.  Just curious, does anybody know what the large tented area is?  Looks impressive if it's somebody's personal huge fishing tent.

Live in saskatoom now. But grew up in regina and have family up in Abernathy by the Fort. I'm heading down there next weekend and would love some help on where to ice fish out there. Use to summer fish at Pasqua/ echo by the mini golf place n in the channel between them and by hatchery as well as ketepwa point. Like I said only in summer and often. Started ice fishin the last three years around toon. If anyone has some tips or areas to try Id love the help. Lucky to fish out that way once a winter n once a summer now days? So I won't steal any spots jus test em out lol.

Dad, daughter and I were at Lutherland from 11-3. Saw a huge jack and couple walleye on the cam, but they were not interested. Was nice to be out regardless, except for the RAIN.... in JANUARY.... While ICE fishing!!!  "Must remember to pack the umbrella next time we go out ice fishing"... Said no one, ever, lol.

Cbrown, where were you located?

Been having pretty good luck on pasqua lately, been catching some nice eyes and perch. You gotta move around and avoid the shacks
