wheeler's on conn. river setback

Trying to find out if I can ride my wheeler on the vermont side of the conn. river setback with a vermont registration. Any of you guys know ? thanks

I've seen all kinds of wheelers on the setbacks this year, on the vermont side, I would say you're fine.
