I was thinking a fully loaded toyota sienna awd...but yes an astro wouldnt hurt as bad to drill holes in the floor....be tough finding good spots to drill a couple holes thru the floor with gas tanks, axels, brake lines etc etc everywhere...

Icehole- It's an old 4x4 wagon with snow tires that has pushed through headlight deep snow. Goes almost anywhere a half ton truck can and more, due to the amount of ice required for a tin can. I beat the trucks by 3 weeks this year.   https://www.iceshanty.com/ice_fishing/index.php?topic=378152.0

Fatty Crusher- These days I only bring a couple(true number) out with me. I do worry about open bottle though. It's licensed as a fish house and also feel watercraft rules should apply(driver drinking OK, drunk not). Still waiting to get checked by DNR so I can ask about this. As for now, that is the ONLY reason I have to get out of my car.
