Great fish, especially for his first pike!  I love the reaction too, a quick 'yea' and then he just stood there in awe.

I love the yelling in the background.... that would definently be me, lol.

FYI, when I was a kid I had to learn from experience.  I know you've probaly explained to him why to not wrap the line around your hand, but since your the big brother, you might want to take him in the back yard, put a glove on him, wrap some line around his hand and rip him to the ground, lol.   NOT saying that in a mean way (at all), but when I was a kid I needed something to be painful to learn to not do it, haha.
