Here is what I am thinking.
There is a community hall in Barrington, we can get at no cost.
People could come for all or parts of the day. Bring a project (s) you feel comfortable doing, showing and sharing and some you would like to learn. There would be no charge. Some bring drinks, food etc.
Family, kids etc welcome.
For instance, I would bring my gear to solder jigs, tie jigs and paint them. I would also get a materials list ahead of time for a smelt jig board and people could copy mine if they wanted.
I am sure others, are good at fixing tip ups, making tip ups, tip downs, rods etc.
Bring your own materials and tools and fun for all.
