was out near scout from 10-5pm and only one flag = 15" eye, between two guys.  was out on sunday from 6:30-noon with 3 guys, 4 flags = 2 big perch.  8" of black ice, no snow on the lake at all.  not a good start to the season on the "dead sea".  we need a couple of inches of snow to cover the ice!

fished 6 am till 12 noon with 5 guys today, one dropped flag!!!!!  fished 8 foot to 25 foot of water.  I didn't think it would be possible for the lake to be worse than last year.  out of all the lakes in NY, why do I have to live on the dead sea?

Minnow, now you know why I don't always take your invite to join you guys on the Dead Sea.  But we know that the big ones are in there someplace.  Soon we will be at the right place at the right time and have to use tha gaff.

Why can't you just believe people are truthful? why does he have to prove anything? he said he caught them and I believe him. maybe he don't own a camera?

who said nobody believes him??  I was wondering if the other 11 flags were just hit and dropped, i had a few of them the other day.  and pics are just to add to the post not for proof.

Take Rt. 29 south, turn right on Little Rock Rd., it becomes Kurtz Rd., becomes Hatzenbutcher Rd, turn left on Lake View, look for the Broadalbin Town Launch. Or, take Rt. 29 to Fishhouse Rd. to the lake, turn right, north on 110, about a 1/4 of a mile, on the left is the Town of Providence Beach. Easy access & a porta potty.
