When do they spawn??

When do the walleyes spawn in the northwestern part of the state...I am looking for approximate dates and water temperatures.

Walleyes spawn between April and May. When water temps  hit about 40 to 45. But remeber weather has a big part when the conditions are right for them to spawn. So it could be earlier in the year, or later.  And plus not all walleyes spawn at once. So if your finding some fish to be in spawning areas, there probably will still be afew hanging out in wintering grounds too!
