OK lets here your choice, whats your favorite Walleye Lake? Also anyone notice the Bite has slowed after that rain, Just wondering it did in The Traverse City area.

My favorite Walleye lake is Burt Lake In Indian River.

I also enjoy Burt Lake, but Long Lake in T.C. is also special. If I had to pick one spot that has the best potential for limit catches of walleyes I would probably select Saginaw Bay.
I am blessed to live in an area where the fishing is great and the people are nice!

You cant beat the Saginaw Bay for "eyes".  Without question it will produce 2 to 1 over any other place in MI.

I wont dispute that. I said for a lake that has numbers and a chance at a trophy the Bay is hard to beat. A friend of mine lives in Muskegon and fishes Muskegon Lake right until it freezes up and catches some absolute monsters outta there. As long as you can take the cold your good to go.

In the Traverse city area i like long lake for the action. But i fined myself fishing the lake in the city.AKA-Bordman.
I know the rap the lake has. I live in the city & its 2 blocks from the house.I do well for eyes in the south end.
But lets not over look the bay?Look at the eyes in the river in the spring.
The bay may freeze in FEB.lets hope
Do you fish silver lake for eyes?
