Darkhouse Spearing

Is it legal to darkhouse spear in Wyoming?  I know it is legal to spearfish with scuba gear, but how about in a dark house?  Has anyone ever done it?  Apologies if this question is answered in the regulations and I overlooked it.

I dont know if it is legal in Wyoming or not but it sure looks like fun. It would also be a good excuse to get a Fish House Ice Saw. Might wanna post this question in the ask the Wyoming Game and Fish thread.

It is not legal to darkhouse spear anywhere in WY. In order for one to spear a fish your entire body must be submerged. Makes no sense to me, but that is currently how the law reads.

The trick is making a big enough hole so your coveralls don't hang up when you're climbing back out.

LOL, yeah and unless competitors are put through a rigorous screening process before hand I don't think many tickets would be sold to that sporting event ;D
