could one of you good gents give me an ice report on the river in the Lansing area, as we just cant make ice here in north central ind. this year, I have fished here in the past and had a ball its about a 7 hour trip for me so I cant just jump in the truck to go and see for my self .thanks

there is good ice, thickness varies so use caution.  A friend was by Stoddard, WI this weekend about 9" of ice catching nice panfish.  Heard good reports from DeSoto Bay a couple weeks ago.
