Des Moines Winter Games

DES MOINES, Iowa -- Due to unseasonably warm weather, a couple winter events are being cut from the Winter Games.

Des Moines Parks and Recreation Department said pond hockey and the ice fishing derby are being cut this year, but all other Winter Games events will be a go.
