Ice rig - like a Hali but cheap! (fixed)

I like Hali's, but came up with this rig once I got tired of paying for them.  I believe this works as effectively.  I use small Walleye spinner, which are about $0.20 each.

That isn't a spoon. It's a spinner blade...
I'm not going to say it won't catch fish, but you really can't compare the two.
The weight and action are completely different, I'm sure.

yeah nothing really like a hali, nothing would ever stop me from buying hali's
