Things you use to tip your jigs with

Ok, so besides the basics; meal worms, waxies,pins; what do you guys use to tip your jigs with while pan fishing?  I've had good luck with squid strips; anyone ever try chicken gizzard?

Berkley gulp 3" smelt. I cut off the last 1-1/2" (forked tail)and it works awesome. I've been wanting to try the gulp alive fry.
