Water Temperatures

Anyone been out fishing lately and happen to see how cold the water is getting?  Weather seems to be getting below freezing every night,  now if it could just manage that during the day too!   :thumbsup:

I fished Castlerock on the 17th in my boat for the last time this season.  I winterized and stored my boat since then.  The water temp was 48 on a nice, sunny day.

I fished Flathead Lake last Friday and Sunday and the top water temp. was about 50 average, 48 before sun up and 51 by sun down.

any updates?  Its been warm lately, but dipping into the low 20's at night. hopefully soon now!!!

I fished Flathead last Saturday and top water was 45-47 degrees.
Fished Koocanusa on Friday and top water water was 47-49 degrees.

Mcgwinegger slough has had skim ice a couple times, along with some of the ponds up 93 towards Eureka...

Its getting there, just not quick enough.....  ;)
