Homemade "Rattle Reel"
« on: Aug 30, 2009, 03:56 PM »
My buddy showed me his new "rattle reel". He took an old fishing line plastic dispenser put nuts in the open end. Then put a piece of cardboard on the open end so the nuts can't fall out. He then mounted it in his shack above his jig hole. It rattles when the line starts reeling.

A little piece of dowel held on by 2 ton epoxy should do the trick.
