Fished this evening for eyes. Marked a bunch but only managed one keeper. At least I didn’t have to break out the skunk off lol. The sun def knocked the snow down a bit today as well

Just one keeper eye for me tonight as well. One friend got 2 keepers and my son got a skunk on the eyes. There were a few perch around but everything was pretty fussy. I saw sleds and wheelers out. It wasn’t bad at all with the sled. Nice to get out after a week break.

Looks like the walking is pretty decent out of chapman/lewis pt after reading the past couple pages. Looking for confirmation on this. Might head up for the afternoon bite tomorrow after dropping my Grandpa off in Binghamton since I'll be halfway there. Any tips on what depth to look for haven't fished up there in about 8 years

I've been having ok success in 32-38 ft

Nice job on the fish, guys.

I took the wheeler off the north shore today. No issues. I have AWD and chains on the back but it was easy going. Snow is wet and packed down.

Got some nice eater eyes and perch.

Tough day for me, pulled into Taft on the north shore at 6am and only one truck in the lot, thought that was odd. Headed out to one of my go to spots and couldn't mark a fish, made a move to another spot and could only manage one perch, few lookers but that's it, worst day for me this year.. the wheeler did fine but it was pretty slushy on the way in

Nice work Chowd....I got out for the am shift. Lots of lookers/sniffers/fussy fish. Moved a few times and picked away. Tough bite. I scratched out 3 but it took me till 1030 with a bit of luck. One fish I caught I never saw. I was looking at my phone and boom, fish on. He caught me. Looked for perch for a bit but couldn’t find them either.

I went to the sectional wrestling tourney today my grandson placed second , as he lost one match cause he ran out of time for point on a near fall , awsome day lots of great matches
Back to fishing this coming week

Lady O schooled me today!!! fished from 6 to 12:30 One perch!!!! Had fish on the screen the whole time.......

yessir......the old girl brought me down a notch or 2 today........worst day in a long time........moved multiple times and just couldn't find any active fish.....4 medium perch from 6:30 til noon.......probably needed a day like today........damn, humble pie sucks

Josh and I had a better day today.... last weeks humbling wasn’t fun!!😁 we fished 6:00-1:30 had fish on the screen all day. We picked away at them and, together we iced 30 nice perch and 3 walleye. Had to stray from our finesse style of fishing today to seal the deal. Smooth travel on sleds and a nice day to be on the ice. Going to take a break from Oneida and fish some new water to try to ice our first lakers. Can’t wait! Get ready Freddie!😎
