Thanks for the post. I had two of the bad batteries. Hope to have the new ones in a week or so.

Same here. I never had a problem with mine but I also never tried charging them with a different charger. I figure two new batteries is two new batteries.

I called rapala and they said 4 weeks.

Ok, was just wondering, haven't had a problem with mine, but figured they'd be here by now. Probably have a lot to send out, so I guess it'd take awhile. Thanks for the info.

I submitted my recall request on January 22 and received my new battery this week.
