I always thought between 9 and 10 am and between 2 and 3 pm were the best times but Thursday i fished and had three fish over 10 lbs, biggest being 15, all between 11 and 12.

I haven't really noticed a pattern.  The bite will deffinately get hot at times, but there's no consistency as to what time.  Least for me anyways.
