lp .. it's been corrected.  ;D

FG you may post in several categories at once. Once you post another in the same category (upgrading) the previous or smaller entry is not counted.  ;)

Robb .. no LL Salmon.  :'(

The minimum length is NOT for a tourney entry.  You can enter any length for the tourney, provided a category exists for the type of fish.  The lengths listed are just for the trophy drawings that take place at the end - all entries that meet the minimum trophy length will go into the draw for the random drawing of the trophy prizes.

I hope that makes things clear as mud  ;D

This is directly from the rules :

Rules

1) You must be signed up by the deadline.

2) You are allowed to upgrade entries. Once the entry is upgraded the previous entry is not eligible for awards
    or prizes.

3) You must print a copy of the TI 2006 card which will be available on 1-1-06.

4) Two photos will be required per entry
a.) Photo 1: The fish must be photographed with a rule (measuring device) clearly and readable in the
picture as well as the TI 2006 card. (no cloth/soft, home made or altered rules)
b.) Photo 2: This photo must have the angler and fish together while still out on the ice.

5) The photo must be posted (no snail mail) within the tournament dates/times.

6) The entry is length only - not girth or weight.

7) The length is "as the fish lays" - not by squeezing the tail. The entry is measured from the furthest point to
the rear (tail) and front (lips).

*No incidental catches or out of season entries will be honored. This is to prevent their targeting for the tourney

In the event of a tie the first entry entered will be honored.

Decisions/Results will be posted by and on the Team IceShanty site.

I hit the link for the card and there are no numbers for the tournament. How do I get a card to come up so I can enter fish in the tournament. I have already been signed up long before the deadline I just cannot see any cards on the link to be able to print.

For the picture with the rule and card does this pic have to be on the ice also.  I forgot my card at home and was wondering if I could take a pic with the rule and card here at the house.

.......in 2004 the online tournament had 3 categories....last year 10....and 10 again this year....the organizers put a ton of time into making this happen...let alone securing sponsorship backing to support it....somewhere along the line, certain species had to be grouped just like last year and years before...in all fairness to the membership, brown and bows will reach similar lengths just the same a large and smallmouth bass...in the 2005 tourney, burbot and walleye were combined....was it fair???....the intentions were good, but some beauty walleye didnt make it to the top 3....at least with these combinations its pretty equal for all......Grump

If this is too much Work I understand..

But is there anyway to Add the Home Province or State to the Names of those on the Leader Board. I just thought with all the trash Talk going around between the Proivnces and States it would be cool to see what Provinces/states are on the board.

We know a lot of our home province guys but not where everyone else is from...

Whatta think?

......it could be done, but most of the members here, have not taken the time to update their profiles with location......it would be a lot of work for Lonewolf to go back on the member posts to see where they were located......and I'm sure he already has enough on his plate.......what could be done though, is when an entry is posted, the member could add their state/province with the entry......Grump

I agree, it should be the members responsabilty to add thier Provice/State to their entry. But we could also look at a PM to say hey..we you are on the leaderboard and we need you Province or State. It would not be as time consuming as going back thru the threads...If LoneWolf liked the Idea I would be happy to do the leg work and see if I could round up some states/pronices for him

That's the only problem, you can get a card without being registered I think.  Grump and I discussed this in the general board and he is not registered
