Yester was a good day - Caught my First Burbot!

Live bait is illegal in the state of Alaska (including Blackfish).  I am going to catch them, freeze them and use them.  I don't know if you are required to make sure they are dead (as blackfish will unfreeze and live for a while) or what the regs state.  Can only assume a frozen fish is dead and it isn't your fault if they unthaw in the water (and come alive)?
