Ask me a few years ago what my favorite thing to do is and I would undoubtably tell you catching fish through the ice. Well, i still love ice fishing just less catching these days and im even happier. We finally had some short lived safe ice so i took the family out for a trout slay. My son has been begging to get out for months now and it was really bugging me that we had no good local ice. Well it all came together. 10 rainbows all caught by the kiddos and I couldnt be a happier man. Oh how the tides turn.
